Exemption Process

At the Faculty of Education, Hasan Kalyoncu University, exemption and adaptation procedures are based on exempting a student from equivalent courses in their enrolled program for courses previously taken and successfully completed at a higher education institution, and arranging the corresponding class adaptation. Procedures are carried out within the framework of the relevant university regulations and faculty board decisions.

Exemption and Adaptation Process

Students who wish to request an exemption submit their applications with the required documents and petition within the application period announced in the academic calendar. Applications are evaluated by the relevant commission and faculty board considering the content and credit/ECTS equivalence of previously taken courses; results are announced via the student information system.
