Item 28 of Hasan Kalyoncu University Associate and Undergraduate Education and Examination Regulations [(7) Make-up exams are exams held for annual and semester courses that are failed in the year-end/semester final exam and courses that are below CC in order to increase the average. The grade received from this exam replaces the grade received from the final exam.] Accordingly, students who wish to take make-up exams should provide the name of the course for which they are requesting make-up, the code of the course and the instructor teaching the course, to the relevant instructor who is conducting the course and the responsible research assistants of the departments whose names are listed below, by January 18 at the latest. They must notify them by e-mail until 17.00 in 2023.
